
first day of this raw food diet!
2 avacados, hass
1 navel orange- HUGE
1 small bag of goji berrys throughout the day

…yesterday i had 3 tetra packs of coco water, and a small container of medjool dates….not very healthy, and alf-alfa, but i mixed it with mayo wich was NASTY so i dont consider that my first day.
anyway- i dont have any tools yet to start “un-cookin” so for now its just simple.
i need to find a good blender thats not 400$!!!!
started yoga today- it feels so good, so refreshing. its hard in the moments but after it’s AMAZING!!!!
